Frequency Domain Structural Tests

B_TCOUNT:

This is a test of time domain fatigue, counting fatigue bins for time domain, and using &REP_SEL to specify SN data.

BAR3:

This test is a transportation of a structure on three barges. Here, macros are used to generate the model, Three Dimensional Diffraction hydrodynamics is used, and the flexibility of the barges is accounted for.

CDR_COUNT:

This test compares damage computed with BEAM FATIGUE vs that obtained from BEAM COUNT.

DISTEST:

This test uses Strip Theory to compute hydrodynamics, creates RAO load cases, and uses CASES -TIME in the Structural Post Processor to create time domain snap shot load cases from the frequency domain structural solution.

ED:

This test checks the way SN curves can change with thickness.

EXPSTL:

This test exports a structural hydrodynamic database.

FR_SLAM:

This test checks frequency domain slamming.

FRQTUB:

This test applies morison loads to a tube then performs a structural analysis.

GAIL:

This is a test of performing a frequency domain analysis using a negative wave heading.

HUL_WIND:

This test checks the application of wind force on panels to the structure.

HULTIM:

This test is similar to DISTEST, except that here the structural solution is specified times in a time domain process.

IMPSTL:

This test imports a structural hydrodynamic database.

MORTST:

This is a simple test of a moored body being simulated in the frequency domain and a following stress analysis.

MOTEST:

This test is similar to DISTEST, except that here the stress analysis is performed in the frequency domain.

ORITST:

This demonstrates how hulls can be oriented in a different direction and a stress analysis performed.

SN_CHECK:

This test checks changing SN curves in the MEDIT Menu.

SPECMB:

This test shows how to generate a load case based on the RAO, and how to take a snapshot analysis in the frequency domain.

TCOMBINE:

This test shows how a frequency domain stress analysis can be "combined" in the post-processor to generate a time domain sample.

TIMTEST:

This test is similar to DISTEST, except that the structural solution is performed via a time sample.

TWO_PRC:

This test computes fatigue based on raos for two different processes.

TWO_STR:

This test enters the structural analysis menu twice.

TWO_SEAS:

This test tests using two seas in a duration for fatigue.
