Ann:

Ray and Ann made their dream a reality back in 1978 when they started Ultramarine; and with a degree in math and propensity for working with numbers, Ann made sure the books were in check. There were stacks of ledgers ten feet tall in her office at home, but they have now been replaced by one computer where she stores all her information.

In addition to her responsibilities and dedication to Ultramarine, she is also on the Improvement Association Board for their neighborhood as treasurer. Some of their accomplishments include speed bumps on the streets to dissuade cut-through traffic and people speeding through the neighborhood, a playground and children’s park in the neighborhood and a new parking lot at the clubhouse for pool members.

So how does she do it all? She has basically dedicated her life to improving on it. Ultramarine has been in business successfully for almost twenty years and she has given her community 110 percent of her time and effort to make it a great place to live. And to top it all off, I hear that she’s a great mom, too.

Remember folks, this is the woman whose favorite quote is “Teamwork is a bunch of people doing what I say”! So get those checks in and for all of you with delinquent accounts - BEWARE!!!
